How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping across the continental United States and most countries in the European Union. Remote regions or certain international destinations may incur additional charges.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing it immediately, including weekends. Orders are typically handed over to the carrier within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS, complete with a tracking number. Estimated delivery time is 4–6 weeks, depending on your location and selected carrier.
Cancellation Policy
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may request a cancellation. Once approved, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note: any discount codes or gift cards used on the original order may not be reissued.

Refund Policy
Can I return my order?
Yes. You may return your order within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.
How do I start a return?
To begin a return, email us at support@vertuliving.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@vertuliving.com so we can make it right.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Is there a return shipping fee?
For most returns, Vertu Living does not cover return shipping costs. Please email support@vertuliving.com for case-by-case confirmation.
