To enhance your peace of mind, our warranty, powered by Mulberry, ensures comprehensive coverage for your purchases. With this partnership, we make it easy to address any issues and keep your furniture in perfect condition.
What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in Vertu Living furniture.
- Structural failures of metal and solid wood components.
Please Note: This warranty is applicable only for furniture used for its intended purpose.
Warranty Duration
- 5-Year Warranty: Covers metal and solid wood structural failures.

1-Year Warranty: Covers soft parts and workmanship-related failures, such as threading, piping, buttons, adhesive components, and rubber parts.
What Will Vertu Living Do?
When a warranty issue is verified, the following resolutions apply:
- For 5-Year Warranty claims, Vertu Living will provide replacement parts at no cost, with an estimated lead time of 8-14 weeks.

For 1-Year Warranty claims, Vertu Living will:
- Reimburse local repair costs, provided the repair quote is pre-approved by Mulberry.
- Repairs conducted by third-party services are not guaranteed by Vertu Living, and further compensation will not be provided for unsatisfactory repair work.
What Is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover:
- Excluded Materials: Marble, paint, leather, fabric, fiberglass, plywood, veneers, cushioning, and coating materials.
- Outdoor Use: Damage resulting from using indoor furniture outdoors, unless explicitly stated as suitable for outdoor use.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Fading, staining, cushion compression, or other changes due to regular use.
- Improper Use or Neglect: Scratches, stains, burns, acts of nature (e.g., wind, flooding), or improper care and maintenance.
- Discounted or Customized Products: Warranty coverage does not apply to discounted or customized items.
- Products Sold or Transferred: Warranty coverage ends if the furniture is resold or relocated outside of mainland USA or Europe.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Filing a warranty claim with Mulberry is simple and stress-free:
- Contact Mulberry Support: Visit Mulberry Warranty Portal or email us at support@vertuliving.com.
- Submit Required Details: Include photos, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Approval and Resolution: Once your claim is approved, Mulberry and Vertu Living will coordinate the replacement, repair, or resolution process efficiently.

This warranty complies with consumer protection laws in the United States and the European Union. It does not affect your statutory rights
