Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Vertu Living, we believe great design deserves a great delivery experience. Whether you're furnishing a personal workspace or an entire office, we’re committed to getting your chair to you with clarity, speed, and care.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States and most European Union countries. Additional fees may apply for remote or international destinations outside these zones.

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing it immediately, including weekends.
Orders are typically handed over to the carrier within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 4–6 weeks depending on your location and selected shipping method
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking via email or SMS as soon as your order is on the way

We process and fulfill all orders from our own warehouses in Dallas, Los Angeles, Crawley (UK), and Witten (Germany) to ensure faster and more reliable delivery worldwide.

Delivery Methods

  • Standard Delivery
    Most chairs and smaller items are delivered via our trusted shipping partners. If no signature is required, your package may be left at your door.

  • Threshold Delivery
    Larger items will be delivered to the first dry, secure area of your home (such as a front door, porch, or garage). A delivery appointment will be scheduled in advance.

  • White Glove Delivery (Available in select locations)
    For a premium experience, this service includes:
    • In-home delivery
    • Unpacking and assembly (if applicable)
    • Removal of all packaging

      You’ll see this option at checkout if it’s available in your area.

Missed Deliveries

  • For Standard Delivery:
    If your delivery requires a signature and you're not available, the courier will automatically attempt redelivery.

  • For Threshold or White Glove Delivery:
    You're entitled to one free reschedule. Any additional missed appointments may incur a $100 rescheduling fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every chair that leaves our warehouse, but in rare cases, damage can occur during transit.

Upon Delivery:

  • If the box appears heavily damaged, you may refuse delivery and note the issue as “damaged” on the carrier’s receipt.
  • If the packaging has minor damage, you may still accept the delivery but document it with the delivery driver.

After Unboxing:

  • If your product is defective, damaged, or missing parts, please contact us within 30 days of shipment at support@vertuliving.com.
  • Include your order number and clear photos or video to help us process your request quickly.

Our Resolution:

  • We’ll send a replacement of the same item (same style, finish, and color) at no extra cost.
  • Replacements are typically shipped within 5–7 business days after the issue is verified.
  • Refunds or exchanges for different products are not available for damage-related claims.
